1. Data we collect

We collect account details (name and phone), class/private booking records, membership session balances, profile photos, and in-app messages needed to provide studio services.

2. Why we collect it

Your data is used to run bookings, support coach-client communication, manage memberships, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Storage & access

Data is stored using Supabase (database/storage) and Vercel (hosting). Access is limited to authorized Ori Pilates staff and technical operators supporting this service.

4. Retention & deletion requests

We retain booking and message records as long as needed for studio operations and support. You may request data review, correction, or deletion by contacting Donna via Zalo at 0888 371 988.

5. Vietnam PDPD note

Ori Pilates handles personal data in line with Vietnam's personal data protection requirements (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP) and updates these practices as the product matures.
