1. Service scope

Ori Pilates provides this app for class booking, private lesson requests, Zalo contact with Donna, and membership tracking. During beta, features may change as we improve stability and user experience.

2. Booking & cancellation policy

Group classes can be booked until the class is full. Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class start time. Private lesson requests are confirmed by coaches based on schedule availability.

3. Acceptable use

Use respectful communication with Ori staff. Do not abuse, spam, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or member data. Ori may suspend access for harmful or abusive behavior.

4. Beta disclaimer

This is a beta product and is provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim for reliability, temporary bugs, feature limitations, or downtime may happen.
